The evolution of HPSR: reflections and new horizons (Santiago edition)

Over the past 25 years, the field of health policy and systems research has emerged as a cornerstone of strong health systems, enabling healthy populations, ensuring health security and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This event reflected on how health policy and systems research can contribute to addressing key challenges and trends in the context of a world facing multiple crises to improve health and health equity, including in Latin America.

This is the seventh in a series of events held around the world to mark the 25th anniversary of the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research. It is hosted in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation in Chile.
