Learning to See is a documentary film about KEYSTONE, a collaborative initiative of thirteen Indian institutions from academia, government and civil society, aimed at building national capacity in the field of Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR).

The film is based around the inaugural KEYSTONE short course that took place in Delhi in March 2015. Learning to See is the story of the first cohort of KEYSTONE fellows, and their journeys of learning and exposure to the diverse ways of seeing health systems and policy, and the spectrum of frameworks and approaches that characterise HPSR.

KEYSTONE is convened by the Public Health Foundation of India in its role as Nodal Institute of the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research.
