This session examines experiences of donor-supported programmes in Georgia, Sri Lanka and Uganda to identify transition processes and health systems adaptations to enable sustained coverage of priority interventions post-transition. This will be followed by a panel discussion on how governments, donors & CSOs can inform a broader re-think of external assistance.
