The Alliance and the Health Policy Leadership Initiative will host a webinar on Participatory Leadership for Health on 26 June 2017.
The webinar will stimulate thinking on the role of participatory leadership as a pathway for more effective and equitable health systems. Decision-makers from the African branch of the Health Policy Leadership Initiative (HPLI) will share their experiences of different forms of participatory leadership in action at the local, regional and global level that can facilitate or inhibit collective action. Various case studies will be shared, followed by discussions.

The webinar will be moderated by Dr Keith Cloete, Deputy Director-General: Chief of Operations for Western Cape Government Health, South Africa. Case studies in parliamentary committees on health, intersectoral dialogue and collaboration across research and decision-making will be shared by:
